  • Microsoft (Seattle) – Developed the Microsoft Small Business Makeover contest with the Microsoft Small Business Server marketing team and selected four winners for a technology makeover for their small business. Worked on-site with the founders/owners of small businesses from four different market sectors and analyzed their business needs and recommended Microsoft technology solutions that would enable them to optimize their business workflows and/or enable them to do new things that they could not do before Microsoft technologies were implemented. Prepared business and technology critique, gap analysis, technology recommendations and pre-deployment ROI estimates. Wrote customer evidence case studies on each business and technology solution.
