Business Value – Case Study

This business value case study on Getronics‘ deployment of Windows 7 uses the Microsoft Rapid Economic Justification (REJ) methodology to estimate potential return on investment before the actual investment or technology deployment was made.

This case study is representative of the more than 200 REJ-based case studies that I wrote for Microsoft.

I wrote the entire case study, worked with the account team to validate the financial metrics, with the Windows 7 Product Manager to ensure that we got the appropriate business value messaging and with Getronics to ensure that the story accurately reflected the events that we presented.
