White Paper – Strategy
This business strategy white paper, written for the Microsoft Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG) for their enterprise clients, utilizes business value principles to address the importance that IT plays in the enterprise, especially during times of economic uncertainty.
Focused on the Windows-Office application stack and the value of Microsoft Enterprise Agreements (EA), the white paper addresses key messages of avoiding or lowering IT costs as one way for IT professionals to ensure that they still retain sufficient budget for innovation, the main drivers for economic sustenance in most organizations.
I wrote the white paper in concert with the EPG Product Manager and creative directed the information architecture and design and layout.
